This policy explains what information the Lift Tracker app ("the app", "we", "us") handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the app on Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. Questions: alberlevi35@gmail.com.
1. Using the app without an account
You can use Lift Tracker in offline mode without creating an account. Your programs, workout logs, body weight, height, body measurements and settings are then stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports (section 4) may still be sent.
2. Data we store when you create an account
If you sign in with email and password, Google or Apple, your data is stored in Google Firebase so it can be synced and restored:

Body measurements (chest, waist, arms, etc.) are stored only on your device.
3. Sharing and community features
- Sharing a program with a friend: you enter your friend's email address. If they have an account, they receive the program and a notification that shows your nickname (or email address if you have no nickname) and the program name.
- Publishing a program to the community: the program, its name and your nickname (and profile photo, if set) become visible to other signed-in users.
Your other profile and training data is private and is not visible to other users.
4. Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used (for example which screens are opened, when a workout is logged or a program is started) and Firebase Crashlytics to fix crashes. This includes device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address), app-instance identifiers and, when you are signed in, your user ID. We use this only to improve the app. We do not use it for advertising.
5. Service providers
The app is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics), provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, which processes data on our behalf. Data may be stored and processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy. Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple are subject to Google's and Apple's own privacy policies.
6. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data or share it with data brokers.
- We do not show ads in the app or use your data for advertising.
- We do not access your contacts, photos (other than a photo you choose as your profile picture), location or health app data.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app: Profile → Edit Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, programs, workout logs, shared and community programs, notifications, profile photo and your sign-in account. You can also ask us by email; see Delete your account. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Data in offline mode is removed when you delete the app.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or KVKK in Türkiye), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Most data can be viewed and edited directly in the app. For any request, email alberlevi35@gmail.com. We process account data to provide the service you asked for (contract) and analytics and crash data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the app working well.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored data is restricted by Firebase security rules so that your private data can only be read by your own account.
10. Children
Lift Tracker is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Health information
Lift Tracker offers general fitness tracking and is not a medical device and not medical advice. Body weight, height and measurements you enter are used only to show your progress inside the app.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

1. Hesapsız kullanım
Lift Tracker'ı hesap oluşturmadan çevrimdışı modda kullanabilirsiniz. Bu durumda programlarınız, antrenman kayıtlarınız, kilonuz, boyunuz, vücut ölçüleriniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bize ulaşmaz. Anonim kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları (madde 4) yine de gönderilebilir.
2. Hesap oluşturduğunuzda saklanan veriler
E-posta ve şifre, Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda verileriniz senkronize edilebilmesi için Google Firebase'de saklanır:
- E-posta adresi ve kullanıcı kimliği: hesabınızı oluşturmak, korumak ve giriş yapmak için.
- Profil: takma ad, cinsiyet, boy, kilo ve kilo geçmişi, birim sistemi, isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı.
- Antrenman verileri: programlar, antrenmanlar, egzersizler, setler, tekrarlar, ağırlıklar ve kayıtlar.
- Bildirim jetonu: biri sizinle program paylaştığında bildirim göndermek için.
Vücut ölçüleri (göğüs, bel, kol vb.) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
3. Paylaşım ve topluluk
Bir programı arkadaşınızın e-posta adresiyle paylaştığınızda, arkadaşınız programı ve takma adınızı (yoksa e-posta adresinizi) içeren bir bildirim alır. Topluluğa yayınladığınız programlar, program adı ve takma adınız (ve varsa profil fotoğrafınız) giriş yapmış diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Diğer profil ve antrenman verileriniz gizlidir.
4. Analiz ve çökme raporları
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Google Analytics for Firebase, çökmeleri düzeltmek için Firebase Crashlytics kullanırız. Bu kapsamda cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil, IP adresinden tahmin edilen yaklaşık konum), uygulama kimlikleri ve giriş yaptıysanız kullanıcı kimliğiniz işlenir. Bu veriler yalnızca uygulamayı geliştirmek için kullanılır, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım
Uygulama, verileri bizim adımıza işleyen Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) üzerinde çalışır. Veriler ABD dahil yurt dışındaki sunucularda saklanabilir ve işlenebilir. Google ile giriş ve Apple ile giriş, ilgili şirketlerin gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
6. Yapmadıklarımız
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız, reklam göstermeyiz ve verilerinizi reklam için kullanmayız. Rehberinize, fotoğraflarınıza (profil fotoğrafı olarak seçtiğiniz dışında), konumunuza veya sağlık uygulaması verilerinize erişmeyiz.
7. Saklama ve silme
Hesap verileriniz hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan silebilirsiniz: Profile → Edit Account → Delete Account. Ayrıca e-postayla da talep edebilirsiniz; bkz. Hesabınızı silin. Analiz verileri en fazla 14 ay saklanır ve ardından otomatik olarak silinir.
8. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, taşıma, işlemeye itiraz etme ve veri koruma otoritesine (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikayette bulunma haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için alberlevi35@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
9. Güvenlik
Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (HTTPS/TLS). Saklanan verilere erişim, Firebase güvenlik kurallarıyla yalnızca kendi hesabınızla sınırlandırılmıştır.
10. Çocuklar
Lift Tracker 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
11. Sağlık bilgisi
Lift Tracker genel bir fitness takip uygulamasıdır; tıbbi cihaz veya tıbbi tavsiye değildir.
